April 2024: Bringing Hope to the Children of Manang, Nepal
In April 2024, we launched a fundraiser to support the children of Shree Laliguras Primary School in Manang, Nepal. This remote mountain region faces harsh living conditions, where access to necessities like clothing, school supplies, and medical resources is incredibly limited. Our goal was to provide essential items to improve the lives of these children and their families.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, we successfully raised the funds needed to deliver:
25 warm jackets and hats
25 pairs of shoes and school bags
10 warm blankets for families in need
Books and learning materials for the school
First aid medical kits for safety and health
Sports equipment, including footballs and badminton sets, to bring joy and play to the children
These items were carefully selected to meet the immediate needs of the children while also supporting their education, health, and well-being.
This fundraiser highlighted the incredible determination of Tenjing, who, as always, trekked through challenging terrain to personally deliver these supplies to the children. His dedication to this mission is a constant source of inspiration, and we are so grateful to everyone who supported this effort.
The success of this fundraiser demonstrates the power of collective action. Together, we brought warmth, learning, and happiness to a community that needed it most.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this project a reality. Your kindness has left a lasting impact on the children of Manang.
